You should be sent the lockbox code and location on the day of your arrival. If you do not receive it then pop into the Sandringham Hotel reception or call us.

Check in cannot be guaranteed until 4 PM on the day of your arrival however, it’s usually much earlier than this.

You must depart your accommodation by 10:30 AM and return the keys to the lockbox, or to the Sandringham Hotel reception.

Each apartment has its own allocated parking bay on the Esplanade next door to / before the Sandringham Hotel, right in front of the sea.

Please ensure you register prior to your arrival. This is especially important as we need your vehicle registration(s) to pass onto the parking management company.

If you have a blue badge there are disabled bays on the High Street, and you can park in the council’s pay and display bays on the Esplanade.

Yes, each apartment has free unlimited Wi-Fi.

We have a FTTP (fibre to the premises) connection which means a superfast ‘ping’ or low latency. Each device is allocated 15mbps download and 3mbps upload speed; perfect for browsing, streaming and light gaming.

Yes! Our brand new ‘Go Flexi’ option is available when booking direct on our website, or over the phone.

With a minimum of 10 days notice we’ll refund you 80% of the cost of your accommodation, or you can reschedule subject to availability. See our full T&Cs.

Seafront Serenity: there are six small steps up to the entrance. Internally, there are three steps up to the kitchen and bathroom.

Balcony On The Bay: there are two small steps to the entrance. The apartment is on one level.

Beach Lookout: there are two small steps to the entrance then nineteen steps to the apartment. Once at the top, the apartment is on one level.

We welcome well-behaved and trained dogs. Check our full T&Cs or get in touch prior to booking.

Select the ‘Dog’ add-on when booking online. We reserve the right to refuse your booking if the terms and conditions are not met.

The hotel swimming pool is available 8 AM to 8 PM throughout the summer season only.

The hotel is closed 24 September 2023 to 24 May 2024, so will be unavailable during this period.

We have a 7kW EV charger at the Sandringham Hotel, next door on the car park.

Please bring your own type 2 EV charging cable.

No, the Isle of Wight has the same three pin socket outlets as the rest of the UK.

There’s also a USB socket in each apartment’s kitchen if you forget your USB plug.

Sandown is a bustling tourist town, and there’s even more things to get up to and explore on the Isle of Wight… Use the island’s official tourism website to find out more – www.visitisleofwight.co.uk.

Each apartment has its own thermostat available to you, where you can set your desired temperature for the central heating.

The apartments do not have air conditioning. We recommend that you bring a fan with you if you’re not a fan of the heat – pardon the pun!

We do not charge for infants (under 2 years).

We can provide a cot for a small additional charge – please give us notice. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to bring your own.
